Tavsif

  • Oversee daily HR operations for employees in the Netherlands and EMEA, from onboarding and leave to transfers and offboarding.
  • Coordinate Dutch payroll, pensions, benefits, and absence administration with external providers.
  • Keep HRIS data, employee files, and documentation accurate and confidential in line with GDPR requirements.
  • Advise employees and managers on HR matters, employee relations, and Dutch sickness and return-to-work procedures.
  • Oversee EOR providers and employees across EMEA, coordinating payroll, employment changes, invoices, and local requirements.
  • Coordinate immigration and work authorization, including applications, renewals, supporting documents, and external providers.
  • Lead employee engagement and workplace experience at the Eindhoven office.
  • Organize team events, celebrations, lunches, beer gatherings, and other activities.
  • Handle daily office operations, including facilities, supplies, vendors, and building management.
  • Work with employees and managers to strengthen the workplace experience, morale, and engagement.
  • Work with the global HR team to deliver consistent programs while addressing local requirements in the Netherlands and EMEA.
  • Contribute local expertise to global initiatives and improve HR processes and employee experience.
  • Manage HR projects end to end while adapting to changing priorities in a fast-moving startup.

Talablar

  • Bring at least one year of experience in HR generalist work or a similar role, preferably in an international or growing company.
  • Understand Dutch HR operations and employment practices, including coordinating payroll with external providers.
  • Have experience with EOR employees or providers in multiple countries; immigration and work authorization experience is strongly preferred.
  • Be comfortable supporting employees across EMEA and collaborating with local providers and advisers.
  • Be based in the Netherlands or Belgium and able to work from the Eindhoven office four days a week.
  • Speak Dutch and English fluently.
  • Be highly organized, detail-focused, and able to manage a broad range of HR duties independently.
  • Use sound judgment and discretion with sensitive employee matters.
  • Take a proactive, people-focused approach and care about engagement, culture, and bringing people together.
  • Take ownership and adapt quickly in a fast-paced international startup.
  • Build trust, take responsibility, and contribute to a positive employee experience.
