Opis

  • Establish Glasslake’s hiring process, from candidate sourcing and screening through interviews, evaluation, offers, and onboarding.
  • Recruit for positions in San Francisco and São Paulo, as well as remote roles across the United States and Europe.
  • Learn the cultural norms, compensation practices, sourcing channels, and compliance requirements of each market.
  • Develop and deliver Glasslake’s employer branding strategy.
  • Organize meetups, conferences, and social events to raise Glasslake’s profile and attract candidates.
  • Work with founders and hiring managers to clarify role requirements and team needs.
  • Manage recruiting metrics and reports, including time to hire, funnel conversion, and sourcing channel results.
  • Contribute to talent operations by benchmarking and structuring compensation and tracking employee satisfaction and engagement.

Zahteve

  • Recruiting experience in-house or at an agency, ideally with an early-stage or growth-stage startup.
  • Five to ten years of experience.
  • A hands-on builder able to create processes from scratch without an established playbook.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Portuguese and/or Spanish skills are a plus, but not required.
  • Experience with or strong interest in events and community building.
  • Strong autonomy, organization, and sense of ownership.
