  • Strong understanding of industry developments, customer pain points, and competitors
  • Working knowledge of sales cycles, negotiation methods, and closing practices
  • Ability to explain technical solutions clearly to nontechnical decision-makers
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for engaging C-suite stakeholders
  • Capacity to turn customer challenges into practical, innovative solutions
  • Track record of balancing competing priorities and meeting demanding deadlines
  • Familiarity with role-related policies and practices, with the ability to suggest improvements
  • Salesforce.com experience preferred
  • Recent experience with mobility products, particularly mobile computers
  • Ability to use data and AI to uncover trends, opportunities, and insights for customer-specific strategies
  • Comfort adapting to emerging technologies and changing customer needs
  • Proficiency in consultative selling, needs assessment, and solution-selling methods
