Opis

  • Own architecture, quality, and delivery for the Angular application and its APIs and services.
  • Set coding standards and development practices across mobile and full-stack engineering.
  • Promote an AI-first approach to engineering.
  • Shape technical roadmap decisions to support product goals and timelines.
  • Guide architecture, design, testing, implementation, and LLM integration.
  • Lead code reviews and investigate the root causes of critical production issues.
  • Manage web feature delivery from technical scoping through release and production monitoring.
  • Turn complex requirements into engineering tasks, milestones, and clear ownership for a distributed team.
  • Identify and reduce technical risks throughout development.
  • Improve CI/CD pipelines and release management.
  • Establish and maintain observability and logging practices.
  • Build and deploy performant, secure, accessible software.
  • Lead and mentor a distributed team across the Americas and India.
  • Work with Product, Design, QA, and Backend teams using Agile practices.
  • Drive organizational improvements and build an effective engineering organization.
  • Support hiring through resume reviews, technical interviews, and candidate assessments.
  • Set expectations for employees and contractors.
  • Maintain software quality through automated testing, alerting, and proactive production support.

Zahteve

  • At least 10 years of software development experience, including 5 or more years focused on full-stack development.
  • Experience with AI-first engineering and tools such as Claude and Copilot.
  • Strong grasp of object-oriented design principles.
  • Ability to architect both user interfaces and APIs.
  • Demonstrated full-stack skills, including BFF and API layers.
  • Extensive experience with cross-browser and cross-platform development, including mobile and responsive interfaces.
  • Experience developing and architecting high-transaction, high-throughput systems.
  • Ability to lead distributed teams across time zones.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to turn complex business needs into straightforward software solutions.
  • Experience with CI/CD, Agile methods, and open-source technologies.
  • Preferred: experience with LLM and AI-native development patterns and integrating AI-powered features into consumer products.
  • Preferred: experience leading teams of five or more engineers across multiple geographies.
  • Preferred: familiarity with service-oriented architecture and microservices.
  • Preferred: background in mobile accessibility, including WCAG and platform accessibility APIs.
  • Preferred: experience in fintech, consumer lending, or a similarly regulated industry.
