Opis

  • Build an AI-first evangelism practice for NiCE Cognigy
  • Lead product launch communications, thought leadership and timely responses to market developments
  • Track developments in agentic AI, voice AI and AI tooling
  • Create AI agents, demos and prototypes with Cognigy, coding agents and vibe coding tools
  • Work with Product and NiCE Labs on the roadmap
  • Turn new capabilities into clear value stories
  • Write, record and edit videos, including capability clips, launch videos and walkthroughs
  • Develop presentations and speak at webinars, conferences, podcasts, and customer and analyst engagements
  • Engage builder and developer communities through content, live demos and events
  • Share community feedback with Product
  • Coordinate messaging with Analyst Relations, Competitive Intelligence, PR and Sales Enablement
  • Equip revenue teams with demo videos, presentations and other enablement materials
  • Report to the Senior Director of Product Marketing

Zahteve

  • Native or near-native written and spoken English; German is a plus
  • Based in the DACH region, ideally Berlin or Düsseldorf; remote work within DACH is possible, with travel to events and offices
  • A track record of public work personally created and presented, such as YouTube videos, podcast episodes, conference talks, webinars or livestreams
  • Hands-on experience building with agentic tools and vibe coding platforms such as Claude Code, Cursor, Lovable or n8n
  • Comfort with APIs, integrations and enough coding to get projects running
  • Strong technical understanding of AI and SaaS products
  • Ability to explain technical capabilities in terms of customer value
  • Ability to take an idea through to polished, published content within hours
  • Excellent storytelling and visual skills
  • High standards for slides, scripts and video
  • Confidence presenting live and on camera to technical and business audiences
  • Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives from start to finish
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work across product, marketing and sales teams
