Opis

  • Build strategic, consultative relationships with assigned clients throughout the client life cycle.
  • Help clients with implementation, day-to-day issues, upselling, and renewals.
  • Partner with sales executives on finalist presentations and present to prospective clients when needed.
  • Manage service for a portfolio of 12–20 clients.
  • Maintain senior-level relationships with client stakeholders and brokers.
  • Contribute to internal projects that support clients and the client management team.
  • Retain and expand the assigned book of business.
  • Present Luminare Health programs and solutions to client decision-makers in light of current market trends.

Zahteve

  • Bachelor’s degree and five years of experience in the TPA or health insurance industry, or a high school diploma and nine years of client management experience in a TPA or health insurance setting, including client-facing or client support work.
  • Understanding of self-funding and employee benefit plans; knowledge of stop-loss coverage is a plus.
  • Knowledge of benefit-related federal laws, including ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, and the ACA.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 25%.
  • Ability to work with senior-level executives.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
  • Results-focused and self-motivated.
  • State insurance license preferred.
  • Must reside in the continental United States, excluding Alaska, California, Hawaii, and New York.
