Commercial Support Analyst II – Training

Support Promotiva’s business partners and deliver training on financial products and operational processes. Help develop the Mais BB partner network through responsive service and practical learning initiatives.

Opis

  • Support business partners across phone, email, and WhatsApp channels.
  • Track requests and cases to ensure they are handled within established deadlines.
  • Work with internal teams to resolve issues and respond to partners.
  • Maintain and monitor departmental records, controls, and systems.
  • Create and deliver technical training on products, processes, and operational workflows.
  • Contribute to training and development for the partner network.
  • Spot improvement opportunities and help refine departmental processes.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to provide partners with a strong service experience.

Zahteve

  • Hold a completed bachelor’s degree.
  • Have experience in customer service, commercial support, or a related field.
  • Have experience delivering corporate training, enabling partners, or giving presentations.
  • Use advanced Excel to track requests, monitor activity, and analyze performance indicators.
  • Have experience using Power BI to monitor and present results.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint.
  • Have experience creating content with training tools such as Canva, Articulate, Captivate, Camtasia, CapCut, or similar platforms.
  • Communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
  • Be able to develop training materials, manuals, presentations, and educational content.
  • Experience in financial services or the banking correspondent sector is preferred.
  • Knowledge of corporate training and learning methods is preferred.
  • Experience with learning management systems or e-learning platforms is preferred.
  • Experience with gamification and digital content production is preferred.
  • Knowledge of training metrics and outcome measurement is preferred.
