Descriere
- Develop business with new and existing clients through negotiation.
- Promote Robert Half’s services to accounting and finance hiring managers and decision-makers through phone, video, and in-person meetings.
- Recruit, interview, and place finance and accounting professionals on projects, contract assignments, and contract-to-permanent opportunities.
- Oversee active engagements and provide strong service to clients and candidates.
- Stay in touch with candidates and offer career guidance.
- Represent Robert Half at local industry and networking events to strengthen its presence in the business community.
Cerințe
- A degree in accounting, finance, or business administration is preferred.
- At least one year of finance, accounting, or banking experience is preferred.
- At least two years of business development experience in a metrics-driven environment.
- At least one year of success developing business through multiple calls and interactions with multiple decision-makers.
- A record of marketing to and closing senior decision-makers at small or medium-sized businesses and building mutually beneficial long-term relationships.
- Working knowledge of a current Windows operating system.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Experience using a contact management application such as Salesforce.
- Familiarity with accounting and finance department operations.
- A positive attitude and engaging, professional manner.
