SONDA Technical Support Specialist (Level 1B)
Provide technical support for clinical and corporate software at SONDA. Resolve incidents, configure hardware, and manage equipment assets and warranties.
Descriere
- Provide remote and on-site N1/N2 support for cobas Infinity, navify, and corporate software.
- Install and configure Zebra and Epson label printers, peripherals, and cabling.
- Diagnose hardware faults and report them for warranty claims or replacement.
- Handle incidents, service requests, preventive maintenance, and implementations.
- Track each incident or service request through to full resolution.
- Manage warranty claims with manufacturers and follow them through to closure.
- Keep the ticket management system up to date.
- Prepare an electronic service record for each support visit.
- Manage assets through physical inventory and equipment labeling.
- Support VIP users and coordinate with other teams to resolve requests.
Cerințe
- Graduate or technologist qualification in systems, networks, or telecommunications.
- Knowledge of LIS-HIS interfaces, Windows Server, basic networking, and SQL.
- Cloud and Azure knowledge is desirable.
- Basic English.
- Two years of technical support experience.
- Knowledge of operating systems.
