Senior SAP Business Process Owner
Lead end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes across ABB’s SAP systems and related business applications. Drive process improvements, implementations, upgrades, testing, training, and user support.
Descriere
- Lead the Order-to-Cash function from end to end.
- Support Order-to-Cash processes across local SAP ERP modules (SD, CS, MM, EWM) and business applications.
- Collect business and system requirements from internal customers.
- Assess requirements and work with SAP developers to deliver solutions.
- Improve subscription and contract management processes in SAP, SFDC, and e-commerce tools.
- Support users across Order-to-Cash, warranty, field service, demand planning, repair workshop planning, manufacturing, and sales and distribution.
- Provide technical guidance and solutions for business challenges and process improvement initiatives.
- Escalate issues and coordinate with SAP regional centers of excellence, global Support, and external consultants to resolve application problems and bugs.
- Develop strategies and put processes in place to prevent service disruptions.
- Support SAP upgrades, application testing and validation, and end-user training.
- Record current and future business process workflows and create training manuals.
Cerințe
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience as an SAP business analyst or business process owner.
- Ability to communicate effectively and influence key stakeholders in support of proposed strategies, process improvements, and operational decisions.
- Proficiency in SAP SD, MM, CS, and Contract Management modules.
- Knowledge of or experience with the SFDC application.
- Strong analytical skills and understanding of end-to-end Order-to-Cash and contract management processes.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities.
- Ability to work effectively with people at all levels of the organization.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented approach and ability to work in a cross-functional team.
- Proficiency in English.
