Descriere

  • Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for assigned Adobe Customer Data Platform capabilities.
  • Lead product development spanning customer profiles, identity, audience management, targeting, activation, and marketing data.
  • Work with data engineering teams to establish customer data requirements, quality expectations, and governance standards.
  • Ensure products deliver scalable, reusable, and compliant customer data capabilities.
  • Turn business strategy and customer needs into prioritized roadmaps and investment plans.
  • Work with business stakeholders to identify opportunities that strengthen engagement, personalization, and marketing performance.
  • Assess market developments and Adobe platform capabilities to guide roadmap evolution.
  • Create and prioritize backlogs based on business outcomes and customer value.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Architecture, UX, and Delivery teams to support successful implementation.
  • Act as the primary product partner for Marketing, Technology, Analytics, Privacy, Operations, and Architecture teams.
  • Align stakeholders while balancing business priorities, technical limitations, and delivery schedules.
  • Establish and track product KPIs, adoption measures, operational health, and business results.
  • Promote continuous improvement in product processes and customer experiences.
  • Maintain alignment with enterprise governance, privacy, and data management requirements.

Cerințe

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
  • At least five years of product management experience delivering enterprise digital products or platforms.
  • Experience with Customer Data Platforms, marketing technology, digital marketing, or customer engagement platforms.
  • Track record of setting product strategy, building roadmaps, and managing backlogs.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile product management methods.
  • Experience partnering closely with Engineering, Data, UX, and business stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
  • Preferred: Experience with Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Real-Time CDP, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Customer Journey Analytics, or related Adobe Experience Cloud products.
  • Preferred: Experience with customer identity, audience segmentation, targeting, personalization, or customer profile capabilities.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with customer data governance, privacy regulations, and consent management.
  • Preferred: Experience with cloud-based data platforms and modern data architectures.
  • Must be eligible to work for American Express in the United States; visa sponsorship will not be pursued for these positions.
