Descriere

  • Manage client accounts and support a major sports and venues client.
  • Advise clients on Ticketmaster marketing solutions, with a focus on paid media.
  • Coordinate marketing campaign delivery and contribute to revenue targets.
  • Retain performance media investment across the client portfolio.
  • Lead complex digital campaigns, analytics projects, and related initiatives.
  • Build internal expertise in clients’ businesses, challenges, structures, and relevant Ticketmaster solutions.
  • Recommend cross-channel marketing plans that support client goals.
  • Use ticketing data and ticketing software infrastructure in marketing work.
  • Review campaign results, spot trends, improve performance, and identify upsell opportunities.
  • Communicate clearly with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and colleagues.
  • Lead client calls and meetings, preparing narratives and supporting materials.
  • Help clients use Ticketmaster products and services, including reporting and audience segmentation tools.
  • Support campaign delivery with copywriting, image resizing, and related tasks.
  • Manage, support, and mentor a marketing associate manager.
  • Keep up with developments in live entertainment and marketing.

Cerințe

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
  • Five to seven years of experience in a similar digital marketing role.
  • A record of success managing accounts for top-tier clients.
  • Ability to oversee multiple complex projects across several clients at once.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels and strategies, including on-site advertising, programmatic display, paid social, and search engine marketing.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of digital media platforms and businesses, with expertise in at least one of these channels: on-site advertising, search engine marketing, programmatic display, or paid social.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and comprehension skills, with the ability to adapt to different audiences.
  • Understanding of and interest in the business side of sports.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
  • Knowledge of AI tools.
  • Ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues at executive, mid-management, and operational levels.
  • Creative problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
