Descriere

  • Build and maintain scalable data pipelines, ingestion frameworks, and transformation processes across Finance systems
  • Develop modern ELT/ETL solutions with Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake, dbt, and cloud-native technologies
  • Create and enhance data models for enterprise reporting, analytics, AI, and self-service use cases
  • Ensure Finance data assets are scalable, reusable, governed, and prepared for AI applications
  • Lead the migration of legacy reporting solutions to cloud-based analytics platforms
  • Design conceptual, logical, and physical data models using star and snowflake schemas
  • Develop enterprise Finance data models for FP&A, revenue, expenses, workforce, and financial reporting
  • Create semantic models with consistent business definitions, metrics, hierarchies, and calculations
  • Translate reporting and analytics requirements into scalable data structures with business stakeholders
  • Build data foundations for generative AI, agentic AI, conversational analytics, and machine learning
  • Partner with analytics and AI teams to introduce LLM capabilities into Finance reporting
  • Deliver AI-powered insights, data discovery, and natural-language query capabilities
  • Apply AI-assisted development practices to improve engineering productivity and data quality
  • Implement governance standards covering metadata, lineage, cataloging, and security controls
  • Establish monitoring and validation processes that maintain data accuracy and reliability
  • Support master data and reference data management activities
  • Maintain compliance with enterprise data policies and audit requirements
  • Gather business requirements and document data flows, processes, and technical specifications
  • Collaborate with Finance, Technology, Product, and Analytics teams
  • Lead cross-functional discussions and turn business challenges into technical solutions
  • Identify issues, recommend improvements, and coordinate resolutions with stakeholders
  • Mentor junior team members and advance engineering best practices

Cerințe

  • Substantial experience with Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Snowflake, and dbt
  • Advanced SQL and data analysis capability
  • Experience designing and delivering scalable data pipelines and transformation workflows
  • Strong knowledge of data warehouses, data lakes, Lakehouse architectures, and dimensional modeling
  • Practical experience with semantic models, enterprise reporting datasets, and analytics platforms
  • Proficiency in Python, Spark, or comparable modern data engineering tools
  • Experience integrating data from ERP or operational systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience partnering with business stakeholders to turn requirements into technical solutions
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Careful attention to detail with a focus on measurable business value
