Lead AI transformation work for Eraneos Germany clients, turning strategic goals into practical change. Shape operating models, governance, adoption, and implementation roadmaps across business, people, and technology.
Descriere
- Lead AI transformation projects from strategy through implementation
- Advise senior leaders on AI’s organizational impact and business opportunities
- Assess AI readiness and set transformation priorities
- Design AI-enabled operating models, governance, roles, and decision processes
- Turn AI use cases and technology opportunities into business and organizational requirements
- Create transformation roadmaps, delivery approaches, and value realization frameworks
- Develop adoption, skills-building, and change initiatives that help people work effectively with AI
- Lead multidisciplinary consulting teams and deliver high-quality projects
- Build client relationships and identify opportunities for continued collaboration
- Develop proposals and commercially viable consulting services
- Advance AI transformation methods, assets, and thought leadership
Cerințe
- University degree in business administration, information systems, organizational sciences, psychology, engineering, or a comparable discipline
- At least five years of relevant experience in management consulting, transformation, organizational development, or a comparable role
- Demonstrated experience leading consulting projects or complex transformation workstreams
- Expertise in AI transformation and implementing AI strategies
- Expertise in target operating models and organizational design
- Expertise in AI governance and use-case portfolio management
- Expertise in change management, adoption, and capability building
- Expertise in process transformation and AI-enabled ways of working
- Expertise in transformation management and value realization
- Ability to connect business, organization, people, and technology perspectives
- Strong executive communication, workshop facilitation, and presentation skills
- Experience building client relationships and contributing to business development
- Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in growing a consulting portfolio
- Fluent German and English
- Flexibility and willingness to travel according to client and project needs
