- Lead a 12-person organization spanning DevOps engineering, application management, and IT consultancy.
- Manage and develop the DevOps engineering and application management teams.
- Coach engineers and IT consultants and support their career growth.
- Build an inclusive, collaborative culture focused on strong performance.
- Guide employee performance through feedback, reviews, and development plans.
- Contribute to hiring, talent acquisition, and onboarding.
- Deliver software, platform, and automation initiatives aligned with business goals.
- Plan capacity, prioritize workloads, and allocate resources.
- Set and track engineering metrics, KPIs, and SLAs.
- Oversee incident response and resolution of critical issues.
- Support technology modernization and assess emerging tools.

Cerințe
- Background in DevOps engineering, with practical knowledge of GitLab and Cloudsmith.
- At least two years of experience leading and developing engineering teams.
- A record of delivering complex technology initiatives in fast-paced, changing environments.
- Experience with agile methods and modern engineering practices.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management across technical and business groups.
- Excellent organization, analysis, and problem-solving skills.
