Senior Executive Assistant to Founder (Remote)

Serve as the founder’s trusted operational partner across music management, production music, and tour technology ventures. Manage communication, priorities, systems, scheduling, and follow-through across the businesses.

Descriere

  • Manage and prioritise the founder’s inbox, including drafting, responding, and delegating messages within defined boundaries.
  • Maintain a shared action tracker with owners and deadlines, following up through completion.
  • Translate WhatsApp discussions into clear, actionable tasks.
  • Convert voice notes and meeting debriefs into defined next steps.
  • Prepare a concise daily briefing covering priorities, decisions, and recommended actions.
  • Coordinate the founder’s calendar and meetings across multiple businesses.
  • Communicate with teams, artists, clients, and partners in the founder’s voice.
  • Refine processes and apply digital tools or automations to minimise repetitive work.
  • Manage personal administration, travel research, gifts, and miscellaneous requests.
  • Anticipate requirements, identify conflicting priorities, and prompt the founder on important matters.
  • Assist with prospect research, outreach, follow-ups, and Tour Advance demo coordination.
  • Take on marketing and social media support after core executive assistant responsibilities are established.

  • Demonstrated experience providing senior executive assistance to a busy founder or entrepreneur.
  • A proactive approach to identifying required work, recommending next steps, and acting independently.
  • Strong attention to detail across written communication, scheduling, and follow-up activities.
  • Consistent task tracking and dependable commitment management as priorities evolve.
  • Sound judgment when balancing competing requests across multiple businesses.
  • Confidence managing upwards, asking clear questions, issuing reminders, and offering constructive pushback.
  • Discretion and mature judgment when handling confidential correspondence, accounts, and business information.
  • Ability to work independently and recognise when the founder’s involvement is needed.
  • Excellent written communication skills and confidence working with clients and external contacts.
  • Comfort using digital tools, AI, and straightforward automations.
  • Experience in sales outreach or customer-facing work is advantageous.
  • Experience with marketing or social media is advantageous.
  • An interest in or experience with music, entertainment, or technology is advantageous.
  • Experience building workflows and automations is advantageous.

Beneficii

  • Gross salary of £1,800 per month.
