Descriere

  • Act as a strategic analytics partner to Sales, Customer Success, Product, Finance, and other teams
  • Deliver analysis using sales, CRM, customer, campaign, product usage, and engagement data
  • Produce dependable forecasts, dashboards, recurring reports, and actionable insights
  • Improve pipeline visibility, commercial performance, retention, product adoption, and partner outcomes
  • Translate reporting needs and business questions into dashboards, reports, datasets, queries, metrics, and analytical models
  • Build and enhance recurring reports and dashboards with Power BI, Tableau, Excel, Zoho Analytics, or comparable tools
  • Develop reusable datasets, SQL queries, and data models
  • Define and document KPI calculations, reporting assumptions, and source data
  • Create accurate, intuitive, scalable reporting for operational and executive audiences
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, Finance, and leadership to clarify analytical needs and strengthen decisions
  • Manage recurring reporting alongside ad hoc analysis and strategic initiatives
  • Assess lead management, including sources, routing, follow-up, aging, conversion, and pipeline leakage
  • Track sales activity, account performance, engagement, revenue, renewals, expansion, and churn
  • Evaluate sales drivers, growth, and underperformance across accounts, segments, cohorts, channels, and external partners
  • Develop and maintain customer health scoring methods
  • Analyze the customer journey from acquisition through activation, engagement, adoption, retention, renewal, expansion, and churn
  • Use user activity and product engagement data to inform Product, Customer Success, and customer or partner reporting
  • Create customer performance scorecards for account reviews, renewal planning, and internal or external QBRs
  • Measure marketing campaign reach, engagement, lead quality, conversion, cohort results, attribution, and downstream pipeline impact
  • Prepare executive-ready summaries, presentations, scorecards, and reporting materials
  • Surface issues in data quality, reporting visibility, segmentation, and metric definitions
  • Increase adoption of dashboards, KPIs, scorecards, and reporting practices through documentation, training, and stakeholder engagement

Cerințe

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in analytics, business, economics, statistics, finance, information systems, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • Demonstrated success in sales, revenue, business intelligence, customer, marketing, or related analytics
  • Preferred five or more years of relevant experience, with demonstrated industry knowledge, analytical capability, initiative, and business impact
  • Strong SQL and Python capabilities
  • Experience developing business dashboards and reporting with Power BI or Tableau
  • Experience using Zoho Analytics or another CRM-connected analytics platform
  • Experience working with CRM data, sales pipelines, funnels, customer activity, and commercial performance
  • Strong knowledge of forecasting, segmentation, conversion, retention, renewal, churn, and customer lifecycle metrics
  • Ability to gather business requirements and turn them into clear analytical deliverables
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, including presenting findings to senior leaders and non-technical audiences
  • Meticulous attention to data accuracy, consistency, documentation, and reporting quality
  • Experience in animal health, veterinary services, pet insurance, insurance, SaaS, fintech, health technology, or a comparable field is highly desirable
  • Intellectual curiosity, resourcefulness, and motivation to understand the business
  • Takes initiative, anticipates needs, and advances work without detailed direction
  • Comfort working in an evolving, high-growth environment
  • Able to shift between hands-on analysis, stakeholder discussions, and executive communication
  • Able to manage deliverables while improving the processes behind them
  • Builds trust through accurate work, clear communication, and reliable follow-through
  • US travel is required
  • Candidates in EST or CST time zones are strongly preferred
