Senior Accounts Payable Executive
Manage supplier questions, invoice issues, and procure-to-pay transactions. Prepare reports and meet service targets for accounts payable operations in Noida.
Descriere
- Respond to supplier questions by email and phone
- Investigate procure-to-pay issues involving orders, receipts, unpaid invoices, remittance advice, and related transactions
- Follow up with suppliers each day to support timely invoice submission
- Communicate effectively with business stakeholders
- Track aging in the query log and address incoming questions
- Check responses for quality against the established process
- Follow company policies and procedures
- Meet assigned targets under service agreements and internal standards
- Coordinate with suppliers
- Prepare reports
Cerințe
- Hold a commerce degree and have at least two years of industry or BPO experience
- Have at least 1.5 years of experience in an accounts payable helpdesk process
- Demonstrate strong spoken and written communication, including business writing
- Understand the full procure-to-pay cycle
- Have experience with helpdesk ticketing tools such as Salesforce and JIRA
- Be proficient in client management
- Have strong knowledge of daily, weekly, and monthly reporting
- Bring strong analytical and comprehension skills
- Have good computer navigation skills and advanced Excel proficiency
