Product Designer - EverHealth (Colorado Remote)
Design and improve EverHealth healthcare products through customer discovery, prototyping, validation, and iteration. Work with product and engineering partners to reduce friction and deliver clear, usable experiences.
Descriere
- Work with Product Managers, Insights analysts, and Engineers on a cross-functional product team
- Investigate customer problems through research, data, workflow observation, and feedback
- Frame and clarify the underlying problem before developing solutions
- Develop and compare concepts using user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Test concepts early with customers, users, and internal subject-matter experts
- Partner throughout implementation to preserve the intended experience in the shipped product
- Apply customer feedback and product metrics to improve experiences after launch
- Help evolve and maintain the EverHealth design system
- Apply AI to accelerate research synthesis, ideation, prototyping, content exploration, and design processes
- Take ownership of the clarity and usability of product experiences
- Create flows, prototypes, specifications, interaction details, and edge-case documentation
- Ground recommendations in customer evidence while balancing user needs, business goals, and technical constraints
- Increase consistency across shared design patterns throughout the product portfolio
- Support product teams in making stronger decisions, reducing customer friction, and delivering better products
Cerințe
- Experience designing digital products from initial discovery through delivery
- A portfolio demonstrating thoughtful problem-solving rather than polished interface work alone
- Ability to turn complex workflows into intuitive product experiences
- Strong collaboration skills with Product, Engineering, and other stakeholders
- Comfort working through ambiguity, feedback, iteration, and tradeoffs
- Proficiency in Figma and contemporary prototyping tools
- Hands-on experience using AI to work more efficiently while retaining ownership of judgment, research, and craft
- Eligibility to work without sponsorship
- Willingness to travel to the Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or other North American offices as needed
