Descriere

  • Manage customer communications across the lifecycle using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and related MarTech platforms
  • Design, build, and optimize automated journeys for timely, relevant, and personalized communications
  • Convert marketing and customer experience goals into clear business and technical requirements
  • Review communication processes, journeys, and workflows to uncover gaps, inefficiencies, and automation opportunities
  • Assess campaign and journey strategies, including real-time or batch, one-time or recurring, and static or dynamic communications
  • Oversee campaign setup, journey configuration, scheduling, testing, quality assurance, deployment, and optimization
  • Support the data architecture, integrations, and data flows that enable marketing automation and customer communications
  • Define operating standards for campaign execution, testing, automation, documentation, and platform usage
  • Coordinate multiple initiatives while balancing strategic MarTech development with immediate campaign and operational needs
  • Partner with Marketing, IT, Analytics, and other cross-functional stakeholders
  • Track campaign and journey results and apply insights to improve engagement, efficiency, and communication performance
  • Keep current with Salesforce Marketing Cloud features, MarTech developments, and emerging technologies
  • Propose improvements to Brightspeed’s marketing technology capabilities
  • Complete additional duties as assigned

Cerințe

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, information systems, technology, or a related discipline
  • At least five years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud development or administration, or in marketing technology operations
  • Experience creating and deploying automated customer journeys, campaigns, and lifecycle communications
  • Background in marketing data, automation workflows, campaign testing, and data architecture support
  • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including campaign development, administration, automation, and journey orchestration
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation, customer lifecycle communications, and MarTech operations
  • Ability to turn business and marketing goals into well-defined functional and technical requirements
  • Knowledge of marketing data architecture, integrations, automation workflows, and dynamic communications
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Proven ability to manage competing projects and priorities
  • Sound business judgment
  • Experience collaborating across Marketing, IT, Analytics, and other technical teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to adapt and deliver results in a fast-changing environment
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification is preferred
  • Telecommunications or related industry experience is preferred
  • Experience with other MarTech, CRM, customer data, or marketing automation platforms is preferred
  • Experience enabling personalized, real-time, or data-driven customer communications is preferred
  • Availability for occasional evening or weekend work during peak campaigns, critical launches, or platform implementations
  • Willingness to travel occasionally, estimated at up to 10% of the time
