Descriere

  • Act as the founders’ primary operational partner, overseeing business priorities, information flow, and execution
  • Prepare founders for meetings, decisions, and external discussions with the necessary context and materials
  • Manage founder inboxes, communications, and follow-up actions as needed
  • Spot and resolve obstacles that hinder founder productivity
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives across teams and functions without formal authority
  • Maintain project momentum by defining ownership, timelines, and next actions
  • Develop and maintain SOPs, internal processes, and scalable operating infrastructure
  • Proactively identify and address operational deficiencies
  • Direct high-priority strategic projects from initial scope through delivery
  • Research, evaluate, and synthesize information to inform founder decisions
  • Create internal reports, presentations, and business communications
  • Convert company strategy into practical execution plans
  • Coordinate employees, contractors, and external partners
  • Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing team operations
  • Act as a dependable internal communications hub
  • Participate in application, evaluation, interviews, background checks, and offer activities as applicable

Cerințe

  • Demonstrated experience as a chief of staff, operations lead, founder’s associate, or comparable high-ownership generalist at a startup or fast-moving company
  • Outstanding written and spoken English communication skills
  • Ability to represent the founders professionally in all settings
  • Strong strategic judgment paired with the operational discipline to execute consistently and maintain quality
  • Comfort working independently in a small business where solutions are not always clear and responsibilities change quickly
  • High-ownership approach: identify issues with proposed solutions, close loops proactively, and anticipate the next action
  • Adaptable across strategic, operational, and administrative responsibilities
  • Experience in staffing, recruiting, HR services, or B2B professional services is preferred
  • Experience working directly with founders or C-suite leaders is preferred
  • Knowledge of offshore or global hiring and distributed workforce operations is preferred
  • Experience creating internal processes, SOPs, or operating infrastructure from the ground up is preferred
  • Previous chief of staff or founder’s associate experience in an early-stage or high-growth company is preferred
  • Current resume
  • A 1–2 minute Loom video introducing yourself, outlining relevant experience, and explaining one cross-functional initiative you led from start to finish
  • Candidates must submit a Loom video to advance to the next stage
