English-Spanish OPI/VRI Interpreter

Provide remote consecutive interpretation between English and Spanish for Kreato Global clients in healthcare, legal, financial, and social service settings. Work from Latin America using phone and video interpretation platforms.

Descriere

  • Help English- and Spanish-speaking people communicate clearly and accurately.
  • Deliver interpretation through over-the-phone (OPI) and video remote (VRI) services.
  • Interpret consecutively in medical, social service, customer care, and financial settings.
  • Work with professionalism, impartiality, confidentiality, and accuracy.
  • Follow attendance and schedule requirements, quality standards, and operating procedures.
  • Complete recruitment, technical checks, and client onboarding before the assigned start date.

Cerințe

  • Have at least six months of verifiable professional experience providing remote English-Spanish OPI and/or VRI interpretation.
  • Speak English fluently at C1 level or higher, with strong spoken and written communication skills.
  • Have native or native-level Spanish fluency, excellent comprehension, and active listening skills.
  • Provide accurate, complete, impartial, and professional consecutive interpretation.
  • Know medical, financial, and social service terminology well.
  • Understand patient privacy, confidentiality, and HIPAA-related requirements.
  • Show close attention to detail, active listening, emotional composure, and neutrality in sensitive situations.
  • Meet attendance and schedule requirements, quality standards, and established operating procedures.
  • Work independently in a quiet, professional environment.
  • Have reliable wired internet connected directly to the router or modem by Ethernet; Wi-Fi is not permitted.
  • Use an approved, client-compatible USB headset; Bluetooth and mono headsets and built-in microphones are not permitted.
  • Have an Intel Core i5 processor, 6th generation or newer.
  • Have a 720p or 1080p webcam.
  • Use an updated Chrome, Safari, Microsoft Edge, or Firefox browser.
  • Have a quiet, distraction-free workspace suitable for confidential interpretation sessions.
  • Be available to complete recruitment, technical verification, and client onboarding before the assigned October 2026 start date.
