  • Own the EMEA-wide implementation strategy for XR deployments
  • Lead complex client implementations from initiation through go-live
  • Create implementation plans covering timelines, risks, and resource needs
  • Maintain consistent implementation standards, governance, and quality assurance
  • Serve as executive sponsor at critical implementation milestones
  • Lead operational readiness for entry into new countries and territories
  • Coordinate local-market readiness with Legal, Finance, Product, and Engineering
  • Assess country-specific operational, regulatory, and ticketing requirements
  • Create scalable playbooks to support future market expansion
  • Act as the primary operational lead for implementation projects
  • Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders
  • Manage expectations, risks, and implementation communications
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Development, Integrations, Client Account Management, Product Training, Ticketing Operations, and Global Support & Operations
  • Advance implementation methods, governance, documentation, KPIs, reporting, automation, and operational efficiency
  • Forecast resource needs, prioritise the implementation pipeline, escalate risks, and recommend mitigation
  • Support hiring and professional development as the implementation function expands
  • Work with Sales and Client Account Management on meetings, demonstrations, RFP responses, and solution presentations
  • Define scope, timelines, resource assumptions, and delivery approaches for new opportunities
  • Advise on implementation complexity, dependencies, risks, and mitigations during solution design and contract negotiations
  • Convert client requirements into coordinated delivery plans
  • Lead implementation governance and client communications
  • Help clients adopt Ticketmaster Sport ways of working and strengthen launch readiness
  • Deliver timely XR implementations, client satisfaction, high-quality go-lives, platform stability, EMEA standards adoption, new territory launches, and operational OKRs

Cerințe

  • Substantial experience delivering enterprise software implementations
  • Strong project and programme management capability
  • Background leading cross-functional delivery teams
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior internal and external stakeholders
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage several complex projects concurrently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience identifying and managing project risks and dependencies
  • Willingness and ability to travel across EMEA when required
  • Experience implementing Ticketmaster Sport XR is desirable
  • Knowledge of Ticketmaster Sport products is desirable
  • Experience in sports ticketing or live entertainment is desirable
  • Experience taking technology platforms into international markets is desirable
  • Understanding of API integrations and third-party systems is desirable
  • Knowledge of Agile delivery methods is desirable
  • Prince2, PMP, or equivalent project management certification is desirable
