Customer Solutions Manager Australia Hybrid
Lead customer implementations and long-term success for Assignar, a construction technology platform linking contractor operations, payroll, and finance. Manage workflows, training, adoption, and retention across Australia.
Descriere
- Guide customers from the sales handoff through implementation and ongoing success
- Manage delivery from kickoff through go-live
- Own project plans, AI-assisted platform builds, data preparation, onboarding, and testing
- Set 12-month customer objectives and track progress against agreed outcomes
- Launch the customer’s first workflow, typically payroll
- Create training resources and deliver scheduled on-site training
- Onboard and train new customer users as teams grow
- Configure and maintain customer workflows, forms, settings, and user access
- Resolve issues by reconfiguring platforms, rebuilding forms, and retraining users
- Lead continuous improvement after implementation
- Conduct quarterly success reviews centered on business results
- Track account-health indicators, including low usage, departing champions, and open issues
- Escalate risks early to help prevent churn
- Manage the complete customer relationship from pre-signature through renewal
Cerințe
- Demonstrated experience implementing B2B software from project kickoff through launch
- Experience with payroll, ERP, finance, or construction software is preferred
- Working knowledge of payroll and finance processes, including enterprise agreements, pay rates, cost codes, and job costing
- Able to work hands-on with technology and configure platforms independently
- Strong project management capability for implementations lasting several months
- Skilled at building trusted customer relationships and surfacing issues early
- Able to use AI tools to accelerate work while validating their output
- Willing to make regular day trips to customer locations
- Familiarity with Assignar, Asana, Salesforce, Linear, JustCall, and AI tools
- Available for regular customer-site travel, primarily across Australia’s east coast
