PM Account Compliance Supervisor

Oversee service quality and contractor compliance for City Wide’s facility services accounts. The role coordinates inspections, client issues, contractors, and nightly operations.

Apraksts

  • Build strong working relationships with independent contractors and in-house staff, sharing client priorities and resolving problems together.
  • Review each account’s scope of work and service quality to support client retention and win new business.
  • Keep the Facility Services Manager informed each day about urgent issues, including through a nightly recap by email or phone.
  • Recommend contractor assignments, uphold client standards and company guidelines, and remove contractors who fail to meet service-level agreements.
  • Oversee inspections, customer complaints and requests, new client launches, and matters requiring VIP attention.
  • Enforce client policies and procedures, including the approval and proper use of cleaning tools and equipment.
  • Work independently and collaboratively across industrial, manufacturing, office, medical, retail, and other facilities.
  • Escalate client concerns to management and involve colleagues as needed to address client needs.
  • Carry out other duties as needed.

Prasības

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience in the commercial janitorial services industry.
  • At least three years of management experience, including coaching, motivating, developing, and leading teams across multiple units or locations.
  • Experience in building services, facilities, janitorial work, or a related industry is a plus.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills, with close attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • An innovative approach and commitment to continuous process improvement.
  • CRM experience is preferred.
  • Role involves frequent sitting, bending, standing, and walking.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
