Client Success Associate at Gartner (Hybrid)
Help Gartner clients realize value from their subscriptions by onboarding accounts, connecting them with expert resources, and strengthening engagement, satisfaction, retention, and growth.

- Deliver client outcomes that exceed Gartner subscription investments
- Uncover and articulate clients’ business priorities and challenges
- Determine effective ways to help clients make informed business decisions
- Guide client onboarding and demonstrate the value of Gartner services
- Increase engagement with products used by large client teams
- Work with stakeholders from senior C-level executives to junior professionals across IT, HR, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Sales
- Present Gartner services and capabilities to prospective and newly acquired clients
- Manage accounts and connect clients with Gartner’s expert community
- Match Gartner resources to client priorities to provide high-quality service and maximize membership return on investment
- Coordinate with internal Gartner stakeholders to advance service delivery and business outcomes
- Exchange best practices and develop creative solutions to address obstacles
- Use client insights and performance metrics to improve engagement, satisfaction, retention, and growth
Prasības
- Business-level fluency in English
- The current hiring language list includes English, Spanish, French, Arabic, Dutch, German, Italian, Norwegian, and Swedish
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred
- At least six months of relevant professional or internship experience
- A demonstrated record of success driven by a commitment to delivering excellent client experiences
- Strong communication, collaboration, prioritization, critical-thinking, and influencing abilities
