Support Perry Homes homeowners through warranty operations, answering questions and resolving service issues. Coordinate invoice reconciliation, customer updates, and communication with construction teams and other stakeholders.

- Act as a main contact for homeowners, project managers, construction leaders, vendors, tradespeople, and other stakeholders.
- Walk customers through warranty procedures and explain home maintenance.
- Answer questions and provide information about Perry Homes purchases.
- Handle dissatisfied customers professionally and help defuse concerns.
- Respond to inquiries and resolve problems by phone and email.
- Help homeowners and construction staff address warranty service issues.
- Work with Construction to investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies.
- Reply promptly and keep customers and stakeholders updated on progress.
- Coordinate administrative warranty matters between homeowners and Construction.
- Reconcile purchase orders and invoices for payment.
- Stay informed about the company’s products, services, and systems.
- Check trackers, spreadsheets, reports, and company databases to verify details and resolve issues.
Reikalavimai
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least three years of relevant customer service experience, preferably in the building industry.
- Demonstrated computer proficiency.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
