  • Lead the partnerships channel from sourcing through activation.
  • Negotiate and close partnership agreements.
  • Set deal terms, including compensation, pricing tiers, revenue basis, and contract duration.
  • Assess unit economics and decline deals with unfavorable returns.
  • Coordinate technical handovers, partner onboarding, and lead routing with the Sales Lead.
  • Manage the affiliate program and comparison-site strategy with the Creative Lead.
  • Represent the company at events and conferences.
  • Develop joint webinars, co-branded content, and campaigns with existing partners.
  • Grow referral and integration channels and build the programs that support them.
  • Select partners in line with the company’s values.

Reikalavimai

  • Use Claude or a comparable AI tool regularly as a thought partner.
  • Have experience closing partnerships and negotiating their terms.
  • Be able to explain the outcomes of partnerships you have closed.
  • A network in the German Mittelstand, startup ecosystem, or fintech sector is preferred.
  • Understand commercial terms such as revenue shares, referral commissions, attribution windows, exclusivity, and minimum purchase commitments.
  • Be able to develop business models from a partner’s perspective.
  • Follow up persistently and manage partner relationships effectively.
  • Be able to organize several partner conversations at once.
  • Have English proficiency at B2 level or above.
  • German proficiency at C1 level or above is preferred; exceptional English-only candidates may also be considered.
  • Bring experience as the second person in a function at a strong company, the desired profile for the role.
  • Have prior founder experience, strongly preferred.
