Support Knauf’s global finance operations by managing SAP FI incidents, configurations, and integrations. Improve Finance-to-Close processes across SAP ECC and S/4HANA.

- Provide end-to-end SAP FI support for Finance-to-Close processes across SAP ECC and S/4HANA.
- Investigate and resolve incidents affecting Finance-to-Close workflows.
- Identify root causes and deliver durable fixes that improve system reliability.
- Configure and tailor SAP FI modules to business needs.
- Apply SAP capabilities and best practices to simplify and improve finance processes.
- Work with business users and coordinate teams across finance, logistics, and sales.
- Resolve integration issues to keep systems operating smoothly.
- Lead or contribute to process improvements that increase efficiency and reduce manual work in finance workflows.
Reikalavimai
- Demonstrated incident management skills and a problem-solving approach focused on user satisfaction.
- Experience with ServiceNow, JIRA, Confluence, and related IT service management processes.
- Strong knowledge of finance and banking system operations across SAP and Microsoft on-premises and SaaS environments.
- Experience with S/4HANA is a significant advantage.
- Strong capabilities in business process, project, and service management, including relevant tools.
- Certifications supporting business process, project, or service management capabilities are preferred.
