- Create content across formats while shaping strategy, ideation, and production
- Generate campaign concepts, refresh established formats, and write compelling headlines
- Own Zinc’s 12-month editorial calendar, workload planning, and resource allocation
- Develop Zinc’s operating playbook for content and campaign production
- Manage and develop the content team, including Maria and Rushali
- Create thought leadership across events, press, long-form content, video, social, case studies, blogs, and product marketing
- Tailor content and thought leadership for HR and talent acquisition audiences across international markets
- Coordinate partner marketing and PR activity with the editorial calendar
- Measure content’s impact on pipeline, retention, and advocacy using Dreamdata
- Drive organic traffic growth through SEO and LLMs
- Partner with Demand Generation, Outbound, Partnerships, Creative, Lifecycle, Product Marketing, and the Head of Brand & Content

- Demonstrated ability to produce and operationalise high-quality content at scale
- Hands-on experience producing written, video, and audio content
- Player-coach approach with enthusiasm for hands-on content creation
- Experience managing, guiding, supporting, and developing direct reports
- Motivation to progress into broader brand and content marketing leadership
- Experience with complex buying groups or regulated markets is preferred
