- Ability to work effectively with diverse cultures, ethnicities, and businesses across Pakistan
- Practical experience in affiliate marketing or partnership development
- Strong understanding of sales funnels, lead generation, and conversion
- Proficiency with CRM systems and affiliate or marketing platforms
- Analytical, data-driven approach to decision-making
- Ability to create and implement partnership, business development, and sales strategies
- Strong ownership, accountability, and leadership qualities
- BSc degree in a business-related discipline
- At least three years of experience in business development roles
- Fluency in English and Urdu, with excellent oral and written communication
- Financial services industry experience is an advantage
- Very good computer literacy
- Dynamic, innovative, and target-oriented approach
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent people-management capabilities
- Strong client handling, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
