SAP Cloud Ecosystem Partner Manager
Grow Implico’s SAP Private and Public Cloud partner ecosystem by recruiting, enabling and developing system integrator partnerships. The role focuses on North America and Latin America and the Caribbean.

- Develop Implico’s partner ecosystem for Private and Public Cloud go-to-market.
- Act as the primary contact for selected system integrators and collaborate with SAP, with a focus on North America.
- Help partners sell and implement Implico’s Private and Public Cloud solutions independently.
- Expand the partner program into a scalable revenue channel.
- Recruit, onboard and enable SAP and system integrator partners across North America and Latin America and the Caribbean.
- Create joint go-to-market plans with SAP and partners.
- Lead partner sessions on products, sales approaches and competitive positioning.
- Build and monitor partner-sourced pipeline, reporting monthly on annual contract value and deal progress.
- Negotiate partner agreements, referral fees and co-selling terms.
- Work with Product and Marketing on partner materials, demos and pricing sheets.

- At least five years of experience in partner management, alliances or channel sales in the SAP ecosystem.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP go-to-market motions, including SolEx, RISE with SAP, GROW with SAP and BTP Marketplace.
- Demonstrated success building an early-stage partner channel and generating measurable revenue.
- Experience enabling partners and coordinating co-selling with SAP field teams.
- Strong commercial judgment, with confidence negotiating contracts and managing a pipeline target.
- Experience in supply chain, logistics or process-industry software is preferred.
- An existing network in SAP IBU teams for Agriculture, Mining, Chemicals, or Oil & Gas is preferred.
- Familiarity with partner programs for SAP BTP, SAP Cloud ERP or S/4HANA is preferred.
