HR Operations Coordinator – Aprio (Hybrid, Philippines)
Support Aprio’s HR operations by maintaining Workday data, managing reporting, and resolving system issues. Partner with HR leaders and IT to keep employee information accurate and workflows moving.

- Manage HR Team requests in SolarWinds, responding to tickets and making the necessary Workday updates.
- Approve Workday workflows and related HR transactions.
- Prepare a weekly finance spreadsheet detailing new hires and their attributes.
- Run recurring Workday reports to identify and correct data inconsistencies.
- Collaborate with IT on synchronization problems across applications and help remove outdated data.
- Handle daily Workday update requests from the HR Director.
- Advise HR leaders on transactions, Workday data maintenance, and HR reporting.

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel is required.
