Customer Experience Manager – Cardo Systems, Hybrid Israel
Lead customer experience campaigns, journeys, and engagement initiatives for Cardo’s powersports products. Manage Cardo Ride app features and cross-functional programs that support customer engagement and retention.

- Lead customer experience projects from initial brief through delivery, coordinating timely support for launches, promotions, events, and company-wide initiatives.
- Plan and deliver integrated customer campaigns across digital, social, content, PR, community, retail, partner, and lifecycle channels.
- Partner with the CRM and Lifecycle Manager to create customer journeys for launches, campaigns, communications, events, partnerships, ORV, and Cardo Ride.
- Create newsletter concepts and drafts, then coordinate their distribution.
- Coordinate with Studio, social media teams, PR agencies, vendors, and partners on assets, media activities, shipments, and partner execution.
- Manage and repurpose photo, video, and other customer-facing assets for dealers, distributors, Amazon, paid media, retail, and other priority channels.
- Support product web pages, SEO/GEO requirements, point-of-purchase materials, promotions, product education, and market activations.
- Oversee production schedules, budgets, purchase orders, invoices, and cross-functional delivery.
- Manage and develop selected Cardo Ride in-app business features, including Challenges, to support engagement, retention, and subscriber growth.
- Monitor customer engagement, campaign performance, and initiative outcomes, recommending improvements based on results.

- Bring at least five years of experience in customer experience, customer engagement, growth, CRM, marketing, campaign management, or a related field.
- Demonstrate strong organization and the ability to manage several projects at once.
- Use data confidently to evaluate customer engagement and campaign performance.
- Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively across teams and functions.
- Have experience planning and delivering customer-facing programs, launches, campaigns, communications, and engagement initiatives across multiple channels.
- Be fluent in written and spoken English.
- Show enthusiasm for creativity, technology, outdoor products, and customer engagement.
- Experience with consumer electronics, mobile applications, or subscription businesses is a strong advantage.
- Experience with powersports, ORV, outdoor, or lifestyle brands is a strong advantage.
- Experience working with international distributors and partners is a strong advantage.
- Experience collaborating with lifecycle marketing, CRM, or customer engagement teams and platforms is a strong advantage.
- A personal interest in motorcycles, off-road vehicles, or outdoor activities is a strong advantage.
