  • Manage clients’ use of the Skai platform across their accounts.
  • Help clients achieve measurable returns from platform use, initially focusing on paid search.
  • Strengthen client retention and spot opportunities to grow accounts.
  • Train clients on the Skai platform at onboarding and throughout the relationship.
  • Offer technical guidance, best practices, and strategy for Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising.
  • Connect clients’ business goals with relevant Skai capabilities.
  • Lead regular communications, meetings, and office hours with agendas, client input, and recorded follow-ups.
  • Work with Client Success Directors and product, technical, and support specialists.
  • Use AI thoughtfully, with review, to prepare for calls, summarize discussions, personalize communications, and document work.
  • Address issues proactively and uphold strong client satisfaction.

Талаптар

  • Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree.
  • Practical experience implementing and managing paid search campaigns, including responsive ads, shopping, automated cross-channel formats such as AIMax and PMax, and ad extensions.
  • At least two years of client services and/or technical project management experience.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting with tight deadlines.
  • Ability to conduct detailed client audits and use feedback to identify needs, workflow gaps, and opportunities to improve.
  • Comfort using AI tools for client preparation, communication, and documentation.
  • Experience working with local and virtual teams.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally.
  • Confidence presenting to internal and external stakeholders, strong written and verbal communication, and ability to adapt messages for different audiences.
  • Passion and dedication.
  • Motivation to excel.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving ability.
  • Results-focused approach.
  • Retail Media Network experience, including Amazon, Walmart Connect, or Target Roundel, is an advantage.
  • Paid Search expertise complemented by Retail Media or Paid Social experience.
  • Media agency, Skai, or other advertising platform experience is preferred.
  • Microsoft Excel, basic JavaScript, and HTML experience are advantageous.
  • AI building skills are an advantage.
