  • Gather, verify, and arrange information requested by the National Institute of Statistics and other regulatory authorities.
  • Deliver complete and accurate submissions within reporting schedules and statutory deadlines.
  • Keep organized records of regulatory filings and official correspondence to support audits and compliance reviews.
  • Track legislative and procedural updates affecting data reporting, and identify changes to reporting obligations.
  • Manage physical and digital archiving activities, including document classification, indexing, storage, and retrieval.
  • Create and maintain retention frameworks that follow internal policies and statutory retention requirements.
  • Coordinate the secure disposal or deletion of outdated records under data-protection and confidentiality standards.
  • Protect the accuracy, confidentiality, and audit trail of archived information.
  • Maintain fixed-asset records covering purchases, transfers, disposals, and depreciation.
  • Assist internal stakeholders with asset registers and supporting documentation for audits and financial reporting.
  • Reconcile physical asset records with accounting information and related documentation.
  • Produce regular progress updates on completed work, ongoing activities, and approaching deadlines.
  • Keep registers and indexes for archived records and submitted documentation.
  • Prepare compliance confirmations documenting submissions made to government authorities.
  • Escalate risks, problems, and delays together with recommended corrective measures.

Талаптар

  • A completed degree in economics, business administration, public administration, law, or a related discipline.
  • At least two years of experience in accounting, administration, back-office operations, reporting, or document management.
  • Practical experience reporting to public authorities; familiarity with Romania’s National Institute of Statistics is a strong advantage.
  • Strong MS Excel capability, including formulas, filters, and pivot tables.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Intermediate to advanced English for written and spoken communication with international teams.
  • A methodical, detail-focused approach and the ability to manage high volumes of documentation.
  • Strong self-organization and a consistent record of meeting deadlines.
  • Experience with physical and digital archives, plus knowledge of document-retention regulations.
  • Foundational accounting knowledge, especially fixed-asset accounting and depreciation.
  • Experience in a multinational organization or outsourced-services environment.
  • Training or certification as an archivist.
  • Experience using ERP platforms such as SAP or Oracle, or document-management systems.
