Territory Sales Representative, Implants MIS - Chicago (Onsite)

Territory sales role focused on expanding Dentsply Sirona’s Implants MIS solutions across Chicago. Responsibilities include new-account prospecting, competitor conversion, and growing revenue within dental practices.

Description

  • Identify, qualify, and win new customers across the assigned territory
  • Increase share of wallet among existing customers
  • Build and manage the territory pipeline through cold outreach, office visits, referrals, study clubs, local market events, and consistent follow-up
  • Present the Implants MIS value line to dental practices
  • Create conversion plans tailored to individual accounts
  • Coordinate clinical education approaches with the direct manager
  • Deliver product presentations, commercial discussions, and in-office demonstrations
  • Advance product trials, adoption, repeat use, and sales-funnel movement
  • Manage territory growth, new-account acquisition, share-of-wallet expansion, funnel progression, and revenue targets
  • Evaluate territory performance, account potential, competitor activity, and market trends
  • Partner with marketing, education, customer service, and sales leadership
  • Keep CRM information and opportunity forecasts accurate

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Demonstrated success in B2B, dental, medical-device, or value-based commercial sales
  • Experience selling in dental implant or specialty dental settings preferred
  • Ability to create new business through proactive prospecting, competitive conversions, and territory pipeline development
  • Hunter mindset with resilience, urgency, and the ability to work independently
  • Ability to sell value-based solutions and distinguish them from competing offerings
  • Confidence working with dentists, oral surgeons, periodontists, practice owners, and office leaders
  • Strong communication, negotiation, objection-handling, and presentation abilities
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and sales tools
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Willingness to travel extensively throughout the territory
  • Authorization to work in the country where the position is based
