Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Contractor) - Remote

CrowdStrike is seeking a remote Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support offers, interview scheduling, candidate communications, and HR systems. This full-time, six-month contract role helps maintain efficient talent processes and a positive candidate experience in the United States.

Description

  • Manage high-volume offer requests in Workday ATS while supporting recruiters and candidates as a subject matter resource and primary contact.
  • Coordinate candidate interviews and maintain an efficient scheduling process.
  • Help deliver a positive, well-organized interview experience.
  • Provide timely communication and follow-up from initial candidate contact through start date.
  • Support recruiting systems, reporting and analytics, new-hire document collection, and employee referral activities.
  • Create and maintain accurate, confidential candidate records in Workday.
  • Support job creation and posting workflows.
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, IT, Procurement, Legal, Operations, and other cross-functional partners.
  • Investigate and resolve first-level Talent Operations tickets in line with organizational policies and procedures.
  • Explain talent processes and required submission steps to candidates, new hires, and talent partners.
  • Contribute to additional projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or a related business discipline.
  • One to three years of human resources experience.
  • Background in calendar management, interview scheduling, and process improvement.
  • Familiarity with Talent Operations platforms including Workday, DocuSign, Candidate.FYI, and ServiceNow.
  • Experience serving as a first point of contact for candidates or in a customer service capacity.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate across functions, meet demanding deadlines, solve problems, and adapt in a fast-moving environment.
  • Demonstrated integrity when handling confidential and sensitive information.
  • Collaborative teammate willing to assist colleagues during periods of heavy workload.
  • Demonstrated use of AI technologies to improve decision-making, workflows, processes, efficiency, and business results.
