Talent Acquisition Consultant - Manila (Hybrid)

Lead end-to-end recruitment for Aurecon’s design, engineering, and advisory business while developing diverse talent pipelines. Use market insight and hiring analytics to support informed recruitment strategies across Asia.

Description

  • Work with business units to clarify priorities, workforce plans, and capability requirements
  • Recommend hiring approaches based on market conditions and talent availability
  • Oversee recruitment from role intake through offer management and onboarding
  • Run consistent, inclusive, and well-structured selection processes
  • Source, engage, and maintain relationships with diverse talent using creative methods
  • Develop pipelines for critical and emerging skill areas
  • Research talent markets and create talent maps
  • Deliver evidence-based guidance on salary benchmarks and talent supply
  • Apply recruitment analytics to strengthen outcomes and hiring decisions
  • Provide a positive, inclusive, and engaging experience for candidates
  • Represent Aurecon’s purpose, sustainability, and innovation commitments
  • Support early-career, diversity and inclusion, and community engagement programs
  • Work with Talent Acquisition and People & Culture colleagues across Asia
  • Advance process improvements through digital tools and artificial intelligence
  • Exchange recruitment knowledge, insights, and effective practices with colleagues

Requirements

  • Bring 6–8 or more years of end-to-end recruitment experience, preferably in consulting, engineering, or professional services
  • Build trusted stakeholder relationships and influence hiring decisions effectively
  • Use data and evidence to turn recruitment insights into practical action
  • Approach talent discovery and engagement with curiosity and initiative
  • Prioritize an inclusive, high-quality candidate experience consistent with Aurecon’s values
  • Work effectively as a collaborative team member
  • Demonstrate a commitment to ongoing learning
  • Support recruitment activity across Asia and potentially additional regions and markets
