Senior Program Manager, Employee Experience (Canada Remote) - Dropbox

Lead Dropbox’s Virtual First employee experience strategy through AI adoption, digital tools, workflow improvements, and knowledge management. Drive research, experimentation, and cross-functional programs that strengthen technology adoption and employee effectiveness.

Description

  • Lead the Virtual First work stream strategy, roadmap, priorities, and outcomes across tools, workflows, automation, AI enablement, and knowledge management
  • Plan and direct organizational research, pilots, and experiments focused on new ways of working
  • Turn qualitative and quantitative insights into practical recommendations, behavioral frameworks, and operating models
  • Oversee multiple programs from initial scoping through research, validation, and enablement planning
  • Define objectives, success metrics, milestones, risks, and reporting practices
  • Lead cross-functional Steering Committees spanning People, Technology, Communications, Operations, and related teams
  • Work with People Analytics and measurement specialists to develop research methods and assess results
  • Improve employee effectiveness, confidence with tools, and adoption of AI-enabled and technology-supported work practices

Requirements

  • At least 8 years of experience in program management, organizational effectiveness, workplace strategy, employee experience, innovation, research, or a related field
  • Expert knowledge of tools and technology enablement, including AI adoption, knowledge management, digital workflows, automation, and technology-enabled work practices
  • Proven ability to independently lead complex, cross-functional programs from ambiguity to measurable results
  • Experience designing and managing research, pilots, experiments, or other evidence-based innovation initiatives
  • Strong understanding of Virtual First, distributed, hybrid, or modern work models
  • Excellent writing, verbal communication, facilitation, and executive communication skills
  • Comfort operating in ambiguous environments and proactively identifying opportunities
  • Experience working in a distributed or Virtual First organization is preferred
  • Experience with organizational behavior, change management, behavioral science, workplace research, or human-centered design is preferred
  • Demonstrated interest in the future of work and emerging technologies is preferred
