- Deliver high-quality behavioral healthcare.
- Provide outpatient mental health services to children, adolescents, and adults.
- Support patients as part of LifeStance Health’s clinical team.
- Work through a hybrid schedule combining Midtown East office visits with remote care.

Requirements
- Hold full licensure in New York.
- Possess an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT credential.
- Work in the office two days per week under the hybrid model.
- Work two evenings.
