Senior Migration Planning and Change Control Support – Santander, London Hybrid

Provide migration planning and change control support for Santander’s customer and product data migration programme. Coordinate governance, impact assessments and baseline changes across regulated transformation teams.

Description

  • Provide senior planning and change control support
  • Establish robust standards for programme planning
  • Administer change governance from initiation through closure
  • Coordinate impact assessments, option papers and decision materials for governance forums
  • Communicate decisions, conditions and implementation requirements to affected workstreams
  • Maintain the change log, workflow, decisions, audit trail, re-baselining and implementation validation
  • Collaborate with planners, design leads, finance, risk, legal and delivery teams to secure complete assessments
  • Set working standards, coach contributors and drive timely completion of planning and change actions
  • Challenge incomplete submissions and escalate material impacts or breaches of agreed decisions
  • Support the safe migration of TSB customers and products onto Santander platforms

Requirements

  • Extensive planning, PMO or change control experience within regulated transformation is required
  • Experience maintaining regulatory and Part VII traceability
  • APM, PRINCE2, MSP or equivalent qualification is preferred
  • Understanding of change materiality is required
  • Experience applying impact assessment standards is required
  • Proficiency with change logs and workflow is required
  • Experience controlling baselines is required
  • Experience providing implementation assurance is required
  • Strong judgement and the ability to influence senior stakeholders are required
  • Ability to coordinate complex cross-functional assessments is required
  • Consistent and disciplined follow-through is required
  • Confidence escalating material impacts is required
  • Ability to maintain accurate decision records is required
  • Ability to work in a site-based hybrid role and attend the office at least 12 days per month
