Senior Microsoft Partner Manager - CDW, London Hybrid

Lead CDW’s Microsoft partnership across the UK and international entities, with responsibility for growth, profitability and seller adoption. Drive commercial performance, partner experience and executive engagement across a global technology partnership.

Description

  • Lead CDW’s Microsoft partnership across the UK and international entities
  • Direct commercial excellence, partner experience, sales and customer experience improvement initiatives
  • Evaluate rebate structures and targets, recommending profitability actions to Solutions, PPM and sales leaders
  • Own rebate performance and optimise partner schemes, investments, programmes and returns
  • Negotiate and deliver commercial agreements for strategic partnerships
  • Establish sales accountability through partner plans, objectives, QBRs, business planning and stakeholder maps
  • Assess partner opportunities, competitors and market conditions to uncover whitespace
  • Lead partner investment and reinvestment across funded roles, marketing activity and rebates
  • Work with OCTO, Solutions, Sales and Managed and Professional Services teams to develop partner services
  • Run executive engagements, QBRs, partner events and customer events
  • Expand programme opportunities and revenue alongside the Programmes and Incentives Specialist
  • Oversee internal and external partner communications
  • Present CDW’s strategy, propositions, go-to-market plans and value proposition to partner stakeholders
  • Deliver partner enablement initiatives with sales teams
  • Maintain partner compliance across accreditations, contracts and certifications
  • Manage partner ROI, governance frameworks and review processes
  • Coordinate relevant sales communications and increase seller adoption
  • Act as an escalation contact for partner-related sales and customer matters
  • Support, mentor and coach the Programmes and Incentives Specialist and other practice roles
  • Share best practices and global partner approaches with PPM teams in the US and Canada

Requirements

  • Bring at least five years of experience in Microsoft partner management or an equivalent IT channel role
  • Understand the channel, CDW’s market position, competitive landscape and routes to winning
  • Demonstrate the ability to lead teams and large-scale partner programmes
  • Communicate clearly and confidently with varied stakeholders
  • Apply strong intellectual judgement and genuine curiosity
  • Take initiative and act proactively
