Lead Dropbox’s Virtual First programs to improve employee effectiveness through AI, digital tools, research, and scalable ways of working. Partner with distributed teams to shape and measure modern work practices.

Description

  • Set strategy, roadmap, priorities, and outcomes for a Virtual First workstream spanning tools, workflows, automation, AI enablement, and knowledge management.
  • Lead organizational research, pilots, and experiments that evaluate new approaches to work.
  • Turn qualitative and quantitative insights into practical recommendations, behavioral frameworks, and operating models.
  • Oversee multiple programs from initial scoping through research, validation, and enablement planning.
  • Define objectives, success metrics, milestones, risks, and reporting requirements.
  • Run cross-functional Steering Committees with stakeholders across People, Technology, Communications, Operations, and related teams.
  • Collaborate with People Analytics and measurement specialists to develop research methods and assess results.
  • Deliver measurable gains in employee effectiveness, confidence with tools, and adoption of AI-enabled and technology-supported work practices.

Requirements

  • At least eight years of experience in program management, organizational effectiveness, workplace strategy, employee experience, innovation, research, or a related field.
  • Advanced knowledge of technology enablement, including AI adoption, knowledge management, digital workflows, automation, and technology-supported work practices.
  • Proven ability to independently lead complex, cross-functional programs from ambiguous beginnings to measurable results.
  • Experience designing and overseeing research studies, pilots, experiments, or other evidence-based innovation initiatives.
  • Strong grasp of Virtual First, distributed, hybrid, or other modern work models.
  • Excellent writing, speaking, facilitation, and executive communication abilities.
  • Comfort operating in uncertain environments and proactively finding opportunities for improvement.
  • Preferred: experience working within a distributed or Virtual First organization.
  • Preferred: background in organizational behavior, change management, behavioral science, workplace research, or human-centered design.
  • Preferred: demonstrated interest in the future of work and emerging technologies.
