Description

  • Create and deliver AI, Generative AI, RAG, conversational AI, and AI-agent solutions that address business needs
  • Translate solution designs into scalable technical components and reusable implementation patterns
  • Build and maintain RAG pipelines, prompt workflows, retrieval systems, integrations, APIs, and automation components
  • Partner with architects, managers, engineers, data scientists, data engineers, application developers, and business stakeholders
  • Support AI solutions from requirements and design through development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and ongoing improvement
  • Apply evaluation methods, validation processes, guardrails, quality checks, and performance optimization
  • Follow Responsible AI, privacy, security, compliance, and risk-management practices
  • Use Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Databricks, vector databases, and contemporary AI frameworks
  • Produce technical documentation, implementation notes, test findings, solution walkthroughs, and stakeholder updates
  • Keep current with Generative AI, AI agents, multimodal AI, RAG architectures, prompt engineering, and enterprise AI platforms
  • Help create reusable components, accelerators, templates, demonstrations, estimates, and delivery updates
  • Support junior colleagues and contribute to AI capability development

Requirements

  • Bring 4–8 years of professional experience, including practical work in AI/ML, Generative AI, data engineering, cloud AI platforms, or enterprise application development
  • Have contributed hands-on to AI solutions in enterprise, pre-production, or production settings; certifications, personal projects, and demos alone do not qualify
  • Be able to explain one or two AI or Generative AI implementations, covering the business use case, personal contribution, technical approach, and results
  • Demonstrate practical experience with AI, Generative AI, Copilot, conversational AI, agentic AI, or RAG solutions in enterprise or client-facing settings
  • Understand LLM application development, RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, vector databases, AI evaluation, APIs, cloud deployment, MLOps, or LLMOps
  • Hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline
  • Have a strong foundation in large language models, Generative AI, RAG architectures, prompt engineering, conversational AI, and AI agents
  • Have developed or supported Generative AI applications, copilots, chatbots, knowledge-search tools, AI agents, or automation workflows
  • Have experience with Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Databricks, vector databases, enterprise search, orchestration frameworks, and APIs
  • Be able to build or support retrieval pipelines, embeddings, prompt workflows, data ingestion, model integrations, and application integrations
  • Understand AI evaluation, guardrails, hallucination checks, quality metrics, observability, security, privacy, and Responsible AI practices
  • Know software engineering fundamentals, cloud deployment, APIs, databases, version control, CI/CD, MLOps, or LLMOps concepts
  • Be able to troubleshoot technical problems, improve performance, document implementations, and support production or pre-production AI solutions
  • Bring strong analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills
