Remote Recruitment Coordinator (UK) | ManpowerGroup Talent Solutions

Support ManpowerGroup Talent Solutions’ UK recruitment operations remotely, maintaining accurate ATS data and Excel reports. Prepare KPI updates and monthly reporting packs for stakeholders.

Description

  • Build and update recruitment reports, spreadsheets, trackers, and supporting documents.
  • Help program leaders prepare monthly reports for stakeholders.
  • Collect, organize, and check recruitment data from internal systems and reporting sources.
  • Keep reporting templates current and ensure their contents are complete and accurate.
  • Run regular data quality checks in the ATS and related tracking tools.
  • Produce standard KPI and operational reports for the recruitment team.
  • Handle one-off reporting requests and administrative projects as needed.
  • Update recruitment records in internal systems and assist with reporting and compliance tasks.

Requirements

  • At least one year of experience in administration, coordination, reporting, HR operations, recruitment operations, or a similar support role.
  • Experience using spreadsheets, reporting tools, or databases.
  • Experience handling large volumes of information accurately.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, filtering, sorting, data validation, and report creation.
  • Careful attention to detail and a strong focus on data accuracy.
  • Ability to create, maintain, and update spreadsheets, trackers, and reporting documents.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, including managing multiple deadlines.
  • Comfort using applicant tracking systems (ATS), databases, or other internal systems.
  • Ability to review and verify data for completeness and accuracy.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to follow established procedures and handle confidential information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, including identifying and escalating data discrepancies.
