Description

  • Develop and maintain member experience analytics, including dashboards for satisfaction, engagement, and journey metrics
  • Create operational workforce models covering volume forecasts and staffing needs for member service and claims teams
  • Respond to ad hoc analytics requests from cross-functional stakeholders
  • Turn business questions into well-defined analytical methods and practical deliverables with stakeholders
  • Improve recurring reporting processes, data quality, and delivery speed
  • Use AI tools such as Claude, Gemini, and Copilot to accelerate work and automate tasks
  • Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to non-technical audiences, including leadership

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or reporting
  • Proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating data
  • Experience creating dashboards or reports with a BI platform such as Tableau or Power BI
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Understanding of basic statistics and the ability to turn data into a clear narrative
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Preferred: experience in insurance or with claims and operations data
  • Preferred: familiarity with forecasting, workforce, or staffing models
  • Preferred: experience designing and evaluating A/B tests and other controlled experiments
  • Preferred: bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline or equivalent experience
