- Develop and maintain member experience analytics, including dashboards for satisfaction, engagement, and journey metrics
- Create operational workforce models covering volume forecasts and staffing needs for member service and claims teams
- Respond to ad hoc analytics requests from cross-functional stakeholders
- Turn business questions into well-defined analytical methods and practical deliverables with stakeholders
- Improve recurring reporting processes, data quality, and delivery speed
- Use AI tools such as Claude, Gemini, and Copilot to accelerate work and automate tasks
- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to non-technical audiences, including leadership
आवश्यकताएँ
- 1–3 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or reporting
- Proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating data
- Experience creating dashboards or reports with a BI platform such as Tableau or Power BI
- Advanced Excel skills
- Understanding of basic statistics and the ability to turn data into a clear narrative
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Preferred: experience in insurance or with claims and operations data
- Preferred: familiarity with forecasting, workforce, or staffing models
- Preferred: experience designing and evaluating A/B tests and other controlled experiments
- Preferred: bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline or equivalent experience
