Develop and maintain member experience analytics, including dashboards for satisfaction, engagement, and journey metrics
Create operational workforce models covering volume forecasts and staffing needs for member service and claims teams
Respond to ad hoc analytics requests from cross-functional stakeholders
Turn business questions into well-defined analytical methods and practical deliverables with stakeholders
Improve recurring reporting processes, data quality, and delivery speed
Use AI tools such as Claude, Gemini, and Copilot to accelerate work and automate tasks
Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to non-technical audiences, including leadership

Талаптар

1–3 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or reporting
Proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating data
Experience creating dashboards or reports with a BI platform such as Tableau or Power BI
Advanced Excel skills
Understanding of basic statistics and the ability to turn data into a clear narrative
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred: experience in insurance or with claims and operations data
Preferred: familiarity with forecasting, workforce, or staffing models
Preferred: experience designing and evaluating A/B tests and other controlled experiments
Preferred: bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline or equivalent experience
