Support Hampton Roads clients with banking transactions and financial solutions at Bank of America financial centers. Build trusted relationships while delivering a strong client experience.

Description

  • Welcome clients in the lobby and help them use mobile banking, online banking, and ATMs for everyday transactions.
  • Process cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Discuss clients’ financial and life priorities through meaningful conversations.
  • Recommend solutions aligned with clients’ financial goals.
  • Apply the bank’s risk culture and uphold operational excellence.
  • Develop client relationships to address their financial needs.
  • Comply with established processes, guidelines, laws, and regulations.
  • Work with small-business, lending, and investment specialists to expand financial knowledge and professional networks.
  • Coordinate financial-center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls.
  • Deliver a positive client experience.
  • Oversee cash-handling responsibilities.

  • Ability to follow established processes, guidelines, laws, and regulations.
  • Effective time and capacity-management skills.
  • Availability to work weekends or extended hours, with possible scheduling at any financial center within a reasonable distance.
  • High school diploma, GED, secondary school qualification, or equivalent.
  • Preferred: experience and knowledge in financial services.
  • Preferred: one year of successful sales experience in a salary-plus-incentive role with individual sales goals.
  • Preferred: six months of cash-handling experience.
  • Preferred: bachelor’s degree or business-related associate’s degree.
